We have all the in-house facilities for manufacturing a supreme quality range of FRP composite products. Compression moulding process is generally used to manufacture these FRP products in which we use glass fiber woven cloth that is embedded with modified resin. We make sure that the content of Glass fiber in the manufacturing of these products does not exceed above 50%. In our products, the top most layer of the FRP cover is specially fabricated from certified quality of quartz & corundum that adds to the wear resistance of surface.

The basic elements which are used while manufacturing our entire stock of FRP composite products includes:

Our entire assortment of raw materials for manufacturing FRP products is carefully procured from only reliable vendors after subjecting it to stringent quality test. All the materials used are of premium quality and ensure high efficiency of the product. One of the most important materials that play an important role in product application temperature is the unsaturated resin. This kind of resin belongs to the thermo-setting resin family and the performance after its solidification is as follows:

• Bending strength is 700-1400Mpa
